In addition to GP consultations the practice offers the following:
- Breast screening
- Cervical smears – By appointment with the practice nurse.
- Counselling – Referrals to Cassandra Jackson can be made after a consultation with the doctor.
- Family planning – Including the fitting of coils, Mirena coils and emergency contraception.
- Injections – With the practice nurse.
- Maternity services – Regular antenatal clinics are held at the surgery on Tuesdays with the community midwife.
- Minor surgery – For the removal of lumps and bumps. Appointments can be made following a consultation with the doctor.
- Baby and child care – child development checks occur on Tuesdays between 09:00 – 12:00. Invitations are sent by the Health Authority. Please view the informative Child Health Booklet.
